Each week is special at “Congregation Chambrel.” Over forty residents gather weekly for Friday Shabbat services with the Jewish Pavilion. Following services, the residents enjoy challah, matzah ball soup, brisket and wine in the dining hall. While Orlando does not have a Jewish Home for the Aged, the Jewish Pavilion has been instrumental and getting the Independent and Assisted Living facilities in the area to provide menu items that are appreciated by Jewish residents. When Marge was rehabilitating at Life Care Center, Gloria went to visit her almost every day.
