Every year, more than 200 volunteers work to carry out the mission of The Jewish Pavilion. Some of our volunteer opportunities include:
Shabbat/Holiday Leader:
Friendly Visitor:
Pavilion Profiles: With permission, obtain a brief history about a resident or residents. If possible, get an old snapshot, then take a current one and create a “yesterday/today” motif in a frame with the person’s history. Display near the resident’s bed for everyone to enjoy. Or, perhaps, create a scrapbook.
Share-a-Talent, Book, Hobby, Recipe: Give it a Jewish theme. It’s easy.
